Course objectives1- To familiarize the student with the sale contract and its provisions2- That the student is aware of the provisions of usury and exchange 3- To familiarize the student with the provisions of loans in Islamic jurisprudence 4- Recognize the pictures of selling the sample at the Malikiyah5 - That the student knows the comprehensiveness of Islam, as he did not leave the small or the great in life except that it included it, and from that sale.Course contentDefining the sale contract in the most specific and general sense - the legality of the sale contract - the ruling on the sale - the pillars of the sale contract - the drunken sale - the forced sale - the terms of the contract - the rough sale and its provisions - the absent sale - the forced sale - corrupt and prohibited sales - the usury sale - usurious money - the reason for the prohibition Usury - exchange - procrastination and exchange - the reason for usury of credit and usury of women - sales that are forbidden - option in the sale contract and its types - sales of deadlines and sample - sale of Murabaha
